help with hosting

i tried hosting but nobody joined, then i did this thing and my server was on listserv but still nobody joined so i tried again but then my server was no longer on the listserv thing HELP PLZ
 
1. it because of defender
2. it because your net connection/connector
3. do something for it and go to youtube watch lessons like i do.
