error 53 on SOC and SRB2JTE.exe help

I have error 53 on SOC and when I open SRB2JTE.exe, After 1 second it has an error and when I redownload the .zip and click on it, It says compressed zip invaue
 
Um, get a better JTE linkor something.

And you need to extract that src thing and put the SOC editor in it.
