Tales of a Server Host.

Just now I started a Co-Op server in SRB2 with SRB2 HUB. When people joined all they did was ask for one of the following while at the HUD without even picking a stage:

"Can you add [name].WAD/PK3?"
"Can we do Match/Hide & Seek?"

As you can probably tell it got annoying real quick.

...uh, kick them? Ban them? Why are you telling us this? It's your server.

That's SRB2 for you, what to you expect? Just say no or kick them.

Even when I say no or tell them I don't want to add mods, they still continue to ask me for stuff like cheats or .lua files.

Because I feel like repeating myself.

Dude, there are 4 different thing you can do about this situation: 1: Kick them, they're just irritating little people aren't they? 2: Ban them, if they go too far. 3: Say NO, you're the host, you do what you want. (Warning: Side Effects include empty server, loneliness and joining other laggy hangout servers.) And Finally 4: Just do it. (Donwload Mods from here and other sites in case you don't have it.) Most of the time people will suggest wads to play with because they know they can't host their own hangout server with sms, hms, character recolors, and a hangout map to fool around in.
