A little survey about map design

I don't see why moderate amounts of hallways, in both single and multiplayer, is such a bad thing.
Well, for single player, I assumed "some/some" doesn't mean "just as many hallways as rooms", but rather "the content of the map that is filled with hallways is about as much as the content filled with actual rooms". That would be kinda bad. In Match, hallways are necessary.

Hallways break up the action somewhat in single player and provide a lull in the action so you can catch your breath between hazards. Transition periods between gimmicks are highly important.
Yeah, but a hallway is certainly not the only way to do such a transition. In fact, a plain hallways is a very boring way to do that. Some hallways are okay, but there shouldn't be a straightforward hallway after every gimmick.

The answer to every question on the survey is the moderate one, by the way. I don't see the point of the survey at all, because we all know the answer.
Not for "amount of secrets", I think. For the rest, yeah, if I chose the second or fourth one, that was usually something I'd describe as personal preference. Also, the point of this survey is not to pick an answer, it's to rate several answers. RedEchidna might have described it as if only the favorites are important, that's not necessarily all you can get out of this survey.

SP [3] (I don't play it much, as the dev team don't really know how to provide a challenge for mutant foxes.)
Match [5] (Severely underrated gametype, especially love making the fools who scream that Sonic is top tier eat their words with a side order of explosions.)
Capture the Flag [4] (While as good a gametype as Match, is overrated, and overhosted. Also Icicle Falls sucks for Tails and Twisted Terminal loves Knux too much there I said it.)
Circuit [4] (Great type, although most races either boil down to thokfests or strafeflyfests depending on the layout.)
Might do a Match one later.
