How do you make a master server?

I really want to create my own master server that's for all versions of Sonic Robo Blast 2 that supports master servers. I know its possible to make your own master server.

EDIT: Well! Its impossible to make a universal master server due to the way the netcode was developed.

EDIT 2: I managed to compile the masterserver. I don't which PHP files I must edit. Its for Sonic Robo Blast 2 version 2.0.

EDIT 3: This page needs to get deleted.
