Multiple windows show up when I launch the game?

So I've not had any problems with SRB2 2.1 until just a few minutes ago.
Whenever I click on the game, it opens the game 2-4 times, and closing out of the game on each window takes way too long.
This happens on SRB2Win, not DD.
I usually use DD unless I feel like using the online features.
