"Things" question.

I've been having a hard time figuring this out, or maybe I'm just dumb.

Regardless of it, I'm not sure how to make 2 things in the same spot. One on the ground, and one on top of the FOF that is on top of the exact same location. Any ideas?

Just overlaps the things, then change their height using 3D mode to be sure the thing you raise isn't the bad one.

Um....How do I overlap them? And what is the hotkey to raise the height of the thing?

Place the second thing next to the first thing, adjust its height, and then move it around until it's on top of the other thing. You shouldn't need 3D mode for this.
