Super Tails and knuckles? What? Wouldn't that be like golden/brownish tails and a pink knuckles? Sorry to burst your bubble but what would be the point of that?

Go here and learn about Character wads, then copy both tails and knuckles character things and rename em to Super*.wad or what ever.. Then go ahead and edit. You'll need a wad editor like XWE or something to see the cfg inside the file.

actually st would me bright yellow with super flikey birds. the point is that i would want to play as super tails and super knux and i am horrible at making wads. thats why im asking.

Well, not alot of people would be willing to make wads randomly, expectally this one. And if your horrible then you should learn, making these wads would be a great beginners step for you.
 
Don't ask for someone else to do the work for you. Figure it out yourself. Check the Wiki clearly before coming here.

You don't have to edit every single sprite to be yellow. Why do you think Tails is green in the first place? The game changes all green pixels to the color of your choosing.

Find s_skin, and edit prefcolor to the one you want.
