Default How come no one ever noticed this bug in the Releases System?

I just realized that the Releases System has got a pretty significant bug. As you guys know, there's a "Reusable Content" checkbox for released WADs and SOCs. If you check it, it's supposed to say that the contents of the WAD may be reused provided that credit is given to the author. But look what checking this box actually does:

I also removed the random blank bullet point.
