Depends on the interpretation of the character.

I really like Sonic X's (the comic) Eggman more than the normal Eggman.
I also like Tails more in the Archie comics more than his video-game self
SatBK Sonic > all other Sonics

But if I did have to choose one character in general, I'd pick Eggman.
