Suicide: Not that I know of. The SUICIDE command is multiplayer only: https://wiki.srb2.org/wiki/Console/Commands#SUICIDE
Zone change: you can use MAP command but the game will stop saving your progress: https://wiki.srb2.org/wiki/Console/Commands#MAP_MAP.3Cvalue.3E
You can get untrapped by hitting ESC key, then choose "Retry" in the game menu. You'll lose 1 life (except the last one) and return to the last checkpoint or the spawnpoint. If it fails, hit ESC and then "Return to title".
What's happening? Are you stuck in a vanilla map? If so you should report here.
