Confirmed (SDL2) Desktop resolutions >2048 bugs out OpenGL fullscreen

As the title says.

If you're in OpenGL and use fullscreen with your desktop resolution having anything over 2048 pixels, the SRB2 screen will weirdly snap to the bottom left in a 1920x1200 resolution while having the rest of the space filled by glitchy darkness, like a hall of mirrors.
 
Issue confirmed, this is due to fallback behavior as OpenGL in SDL2 currently can only use the desktop resolution in fullscreen, but SRB2 will crash if you use a game resolution with any dimension >2048. Will be remedied in a future patch.
