You click start and wait for it to get to the end. It's a test of patience test that tries to fool you

You can't move the mouse or press any keys at all after pressing start. After you press start, move your hand away from the mouse and key board without accidently pressing or moving anything. In level 12 I think, it'll trick you into thinking that you didn't click start.

AT level three a sign came up and I moved my mouse to close and it killed the puppy.

Played through all 15 levels.
Lvl. 9, 10, and 12 might get to people.
Level 15 annoyed me.

Edit: Yeah At level 15 The puppy made a snail look like a race car!

After I beat all 15 levels I played the game again 5 times just to shoot the dog.

I think the ad is a part of the game to trick you into moving your mouse.
