quick question

if I added a shirt and blue shoes to the SUPERSONIC.wad would it be considered a recolor and if so would I be allowed to post it online?

It depends on how elaborate your changes are. A really detailed shirt and shoes and some extras might be passable, but I wouldn't hold my breath.

Only if you want it to be put in the Submissions Trash Bin.

If you changed the spines, added a shirt and pants, drastically altered the shoe design, changed the entire color scheme, and added markings, it would still be considered a recolor.

If you're gonna be altering an existing character, it's going to take ALOT of work to make it not a recolor.
