Windows 10 GameBar?

I have no idea how this bs works, but why won't it work with SRB2? It'd be easier to record with the game bar due to no reduction in framerate... Is there a way to get it to recognise applications that are by default, unrecognised?

I got it to work before, but now it won't work with it at all. I'd love to know, too.

Never mind, I figured it out:

WINDOWED:
press windows+G in SRB2
Tick "yes this is a game"

FULLSCREEN (not recommended, try ticking "yes this is a game" in windowed to get it to work in general):
Press windows+G in srb2
alt+tab
if nothing appears switch back to srb2 and hit alt+tab again
Still nothing? go back to srb2 press win+g again
This'll be messy to do which is why it's not recommended

Now you can use gamebar... press WIN+ALT+R to record.

It worked with software a while ago, but then it started giving me this error:

Seems it works on OpenGL just fine.

I just use this tool to record my first video. Wow. Today's been such a coincidence.
