As for mine, its my player model for Jedi Knight 3: Jedi Academy. I'm making a new sonic themed avator soon though, once I feel like it.
EDIT: Bah, I can't make the avator because of the 10kb filesize limit here. I've tried making it super low quality while saving, still doesnt work.

I got it from the SuperSonicSanctuary website.

The main avatar size Is 7KB.

Anyway, 10/10 for FLB, I used to play ecco the dolphin.
