SRB2 Selling on Ebay ( Not Me)

Some guy is selling a Sonic fan compilation with SRB2 included. SRB2 at the quit screen says "This game should not be sold!"

This guy is trying to make a profit on STJR's work! We must tell him to take it off the market at once.

No problem just thought i would post it after playing the game and the Not For Sale Sign, then saw it on ebay i thought i should report it.

Simple! We find his E-Mail address and then quietly explain to him that SEGA will sue him for making a profit on their character without their explicit consent.

1. Register on eBay.com.
2. Login.
3. Go HERE.
4. Tell him to take it off the market or we will contact SEGA.
5. Watch him squirm.
6. ???
7. PROFIT!

With all due respect, you wouldn't believe how amusing it was to see you say that while you were in the process of double-posting.
 
You guys obviously don't know how to get things done around the internet nowadays. You see, this is a breach of copyright, and as such, I reported it to eBay as such. It also falls under a few other eBay policies, but it's clear that it's a violation of both STJr.'s and SEGA's copyrights.

Don't try to e-mail the guy who put up the auction. Simply use the "Report" button at the bottom of the page to get eBay to remove it from their listing. They don't want to sell pirated material, and while this is stretching it for "pirated", he's still not allowed to sell the game we made and released for free.
