in greenflower zone 1 there is a little house on top of the hill near the first waterfall would does it have a reason and if will you tell me

It's scenery. just simple scenery. simple, brick scenery.
Although, SSNtails started a rumor about it. Someting about beating the game 3 times, than jumping on one of those houses 3 times, or something... But, I think it's false.

You have to beat it three times in under 21 minutes total, on hard mode or above. Then jump on top of the house and start spindashing.
