Once all priorities are completed, it would be cool to see a cold themed map like Blue Mountain in the main campaign.
Not in our current plans, no. I'm not sure if this will change, however.
There will be at least one new ability in 2.2.
Not for 2.2 unless we really screw up our priorities. 2.3, though!

I would also like to see a snow/ice level in the game. Though srb2 is already my favorite game, I think an ice level would be really cool. :)

A bonus ice level is planned to be included in the game, if this blog post is to be believed.

Didn't we make it clear that nothing from Kilometers is going into 2.2? Multiple times, too?
You seemed to have misread my comment. I was talking about the spindash gimick. I was just using kilometers as an example.
