Converting textures help.

I need to convert 1.90.4 custom textures to the 2.0 palette. I'm using SLumpED and I also have XWE. Could someone tell me how?
Edit: I also need to convert sprites too.

I only know of converting it manually. Use the new pallete.

I figured it out now. In SLumpED, I switch to the 1.90 palette, then I export them as PNGs. After I do that, I switch back to the 2.0 palette. Then I just delete the textures out of the WAD and import them back in.
Easy as pie.

FYI, it's the v1.09.4, not v1.90.4.
