Thats your wi-fi code/friend code,their might be a mode where it justp icks a random user but if it just gives you a code your outta luck.Your gonna have to find a friend who has the game and he gives you his code and register it.

OK. I was putting my Wi-fi code in the wrong place. (I feel stupid) I got it put in right now, and I found out that I need the IP address. I got it put in, but I have one prblem. Since Puyo 15th is a japanese game, the Wi-fi setup is in japanese. Can someone who uses a Wi-fi game tell me what the two things belllow the IP thing say?
