Wad Editing Glitch

Hello, I need Help When i tryied to make a wad but a glitch show's up
I used SLADE.Any ideas to fix it.

Yeah... the images shows up as a ripped paper icon for me.

I have no idea how anyone copy+pastes the entire data/binary of an image by mistake into the post text box, but that's not how you make images appear in your post. Literally every single one of them seems to be doing this.

Ok, But can It Be Fixed?

Going off of the imgur album, It looks as if the graphics are using an incorrect palette. Up in the upper right, there should be a box that indicates the palette used, which you should change to "Sonic (SRB2)" so that it shows the graphics correctly compared to the game. Select all of the graphical lumps, and convert them to the "Sonic (SRB2)" Palette.
