A simple enemy but it works the same way my Bubble Shooter did way back when: an object, this time invisible, is the target for the cannon at all times. It'll always shoot right there, meaning as long as its not too far away, I can make it shoot wherever, from wherever. This will lead to some interesting challenges here and there. (and yes, I know of the lighting bug in the second gif)

Seriously though, that looks hard to control.

He should have picked the sonic and tails mode, because they are together forever, on the windy way.

I made a small extension to my retexture, but I'm not so sure, do you think this is a 'good' retexture of THZ? (It will obviously be more pretty, but for now a little texture tests):
