i set it to srb2.servegame:28900 but it still isn't waorking what's wrong?

The master server is NOT required for netgames, so yes.

You must of advertised your game lots of times in a row at once. In IRC, they have a bot that tells you which new games were advertised, and yours must of flooded IRC as well.
