Character Problems

Whenever I make a character with the frames all right, they come at the wrong time. I don't know what i do wrong.

ACLS, Make sure your Auto-CAPSer is off.

#1) Using a term you coined yourself isn't really going to help people, since no one else uses it. No one knows what it is, and hence, is a useless acronym.

#2) Uh...Were I completely new to editing, my first assumption would be that "Auto-CAPSer" is the same as Caps-Lock, and hence would not help solve the problem.
