How do I get to the house in GFZ2 with out objectplace?

I found out that in GFZ 2 with tails and knuckles the house isnt there, but with sonic it is. But how come when i go up there it says nothing? do i need all emeralds? And do i have to get all emeralds in ultimate mode?... ... ...Thats it

I think you just have to have beaten the game with all the emeralds once, and have at least one emerald before touching the house's door. To get up there with Sonic, there's a spring in the very first puddle on the right. Get creative.

no emeralds are needed when you touch the door, actually.

Beat the game at least once on Ultimate. Go to the door. It will say XVI is out to lunch. Use the same spring you used to get to XVI's house to find XVI's picnic blanket. Talk to XVI and he gives you the eighth Emerald.

This period of darkness has always existed, but it got worse when SRB2 got removed from Wikipedia.

Oh, and before you ask.....you need to use level select to go to GFZ2 since you get all 7 emeralds using level select. No 7 emmy's, no house.
