The story opens as Cell is walking through the forest, with a halo above his head. He quietly reflects on his battle with the Z Fighters and Sonic Team 100 years ago. He lost quickly, mainly because he took too much time CHARGIN' HIS LAZAR. He had fused with Shoop Da Whoop to up his LAZAR power from his original one (see IMMA FIRIN MAH LAZAR original video on Youtube) so that he could beat the Z Fighters AND Sonic Team, but with awesome power came longer CHARGIN' time, and with longer CHARGIN' time came death. He realizes that, with the time he has left on earth, he could find Shoop Da Whoop, fuse with him, and FIRE HIS LAZAR at the good guys! He quickly flies off to find SDW and fuse.
