Does anyone know how to work voice volume on a vivitar cam.

Okay I got a vivitar cam and wanted to re-dub some stuff, but I don't know how to make the volume loud, and which thing to put(Microphone,line-in,phone,etc.), so if you know how please tell me.

yeah no.

Why did you get a video camera for voiceovers? Just use a microphone, record a sound while watching the video and then replace the sound channel of the video file with the new sound. Then you'll have a (decent) voiceover.
 
And don't forget to take out the breath sounds when you talk, a lot of sound editing software allows you to do this with a preset.
