Fixed (SDL2) Mouse does not unlock after turning it off (SRB2 2.1.12)

Normally, the mouse should be free to move around the computer screen if you turn it off, but if I use SRB2 SDL2 (only, tested with srb2dd.exe and it does shut off). The mouse still makes me look left and right, and I can't exit the window unless I alt tab, and even if I do that, putting the cursor back on the game just makes the cursor bounce. I used to keep mouselook off so I can text on Skype and stuff like that, but now it doesn't work and it's a pain to leave the game.

Uhh, so this is my fault. Minor issue, quick fix. Expect it to be fixed... sometime down the road when I'm not swamped with college work.
