This is if you mean change what map number it is:
Go to the srb2 wiki, and find a lump editor. (Use the search.) Get the lump editor, and open your wad. Then find the map entry, and it's as simple as right clicking, and renaming.
This is if you want the actual level name changed:
Use the soc editor tutorial from srb2 wiki.
