I am new to using Zone Builder and I do not know how to use it. Could someone help me or make a video on how to make a level?

The first place to always check for help with any editing or documentation of SRB2 is the wiki at http://wiki.srb2.org.

If Zone Builder isn't your cup of tea, try SRB2 Doom Builder. I use that.
SRB2 Doom Builder hasn't been updated in nine years, so it's pretty outdated by now. Among other things, it doesn't recognize some of SRB2's own textures and doesn't display slopes in 3D mode. You really shouldn't use it unless you just can't use Zone Builder for whatever reason. If you're having problems with Zone Builder, please report them to me so I can try fixing them.

Speaking of Zone Builder..... It has issues.... For one thing, I would like to know why it is after when I load my srb2.srb resource it freezes, and then says a few seconds later. "Zone Builder Is Not Responding."
