how do i edit the title screen?

How do I edit the title screen?
I'm working on a sonic Cd graphics mod... but.. I don't know how to edit the title screen graphics.
You know, the flag, the background, sonic himself, and the ring.

Try looking in srb2.srb and find the Title Screen lumps.

ok, future reference for others. TTPOP1-7 is him coming out of the ring.
TTPREP1 and TTPREP2 is him preparing to wag his finger. His finger comes up a little and he blinks.
Next comes TTWAVE1 and TTWAVE2 which is him wagging his finger.
TTWING includes the word sonic, the wing, and the ring.
TTSONIC strangely enough covers the bottom of the ring where it says sonic.
and TTBANNER covers the banner.
