Ok so how would i create my own wads, like so i can edit the montiros and sprites and other things? and how would i be able to change textures in game?

I know about characters not textures and maps .so u have to download xwe wad editor.then about sprites and frames go to srb2 wiki character wad Tutorial .here http://wiki.srb2.org/wiki/Character_WAD.

Yeah, shouldn't this be in Help and Sugggestions?
Also, check the wiki before asking for help.

Still works, More or less. Just needs to update some things like the S_Skin, I think.
