Unlockables won't activate in my new mod

Well, in my new mod I have added an Unlockable that, when you complete the game, gives you Level Select (the gamedata saves to a seperate file). But when I win, it appears at the Unlock screen, but doesn't say I have unlocked Level Select or give it to me.

Code:

UNLOCKABLE 1
NAME = Level Select
OBJECTIVE = Win PlanetHopper
TYPE = 0
NEEDEDGRADE = 1

Please help.

Had this problem and never got around it, i even looked in mystic realms unlockables and couldn't get it to work :(
