I can't place an End sector for my map in SRB2 Doom Builder. Help!

P.S. I'm using the Config. for SRB2ME
 
What do you mean, you can't place it? Just double-click a sector and and select "Exit/S. Stg. Goal/Return Flag/No Tag Zone" from the bottom right pull-down list.
