Back, and 20% better!
I know this is a stupid question, but I have wanted to make a Master server to host the old version of SRB2 (srb2 1.09.4 and srb2riders). How do I make one if you allow me?

Make an "invitation" server on the normal srb2, then invite players to join your IP. Then just host the game in srb2riders like you normally would!
 
For clarity, I think heroofrock is referring to creating an actual master server, to list other servers like ms.srb2.org does. If that's the case, some of the devs (particularly Logan, Cue, and Alam) could tell you all about it.

Otherwise, Shardvex pretty much covered it.
 
Code is up on the SVN, under trunk\tools\masterserver, and also supplied with the game itself under tools\masterserver (if you extract the sourcecode), no support will be given on compiling, running, and so on, of the master server, and it's the old code so you have to use something pre-2.0.5 to play on it.
