Floating platforms and teleporters

Hey all im a bit of a newbi in making levels for srb2 but i have really had trouble making floating platforms and teleporters. Can someone please tell me how to make floating platforms and certan sectors that teleport you to another sector?

To answer your question, have you read the SRB2 Doom Builder Tutorial? Chapter 5 explains floating platforms, among other things. For teleporters, you need linedef executors. Before you can use those, read Chapter 5 of the SRB2DB tutorial (you need that anyway for the floating platforms), the Linedef Executor Tutorial, and then look here on how to set the teleporter up.
