Well, I hold the record for EHZ1: 19 seconds. If you skip the loop at the end, you shave off about a second.

Tool Assisted Speedruns are done by playing the game frame-by-frame and using glitches to get through the game as quickly as possible. It doesn't use gameshark codes or anything like that. That would be lame. :X
