Can someone please explain to me how to get a sever, a character in sonic robo blast 2, and some other useful tools I may need just incase?

Do you mean making a character? http://wiki.srb2.org/wiki/Character_WAD <- That will help you out. I must warn you that you need to have artistic ability, which means no recolors or sprite rips and the like. Characters also take more then 100 frames to complete.
