Duplicate Pain State Glitch

First: I went to those fire spawners.Then I jumped into it,causing me to
get stuck until I moved.
Second: When getting hit by flame,you get stuck in pain state.Then move out.

It has to be a specific fire spawner. With an elemental shield, I picked one and tried to enter. But instead of getting stuck inside, I got crushed.

Still, this sort of thing is easily solved by adding an invisible FOF to all the spawners.
 
Actually, this happened to SpiritCrusher once too, when we were playtesting Tortured Planet. I can't remember the details, but it happened inside the shrinky-halls room of Liftoff Gantry Zone Act 2. But that suggests this glitch is farther reaching that it appears, because SpiritCrusher was neither colliding with a flame jet or jumping into a tiny hole at the time.
