SO close...

Me: Yay! The console says the master server has been updated sucsessfully! (checks master server and sees that the server's ping is unkown, and that there's an unkown number of players and extra files) OH NO! This means my server can't be connected to!

HELP!

P.S: I port forwarded correctly, and also unblocked SRB2. I am NOT banned. Double checked ALL of these.

Well, The only thing I can think of is you have a router similar to K.O.T.E. Which doesn't connect for some unknown reason..

Did you forward port 5029, not any other port? Also, check if it's TCP or UDP, as I believe SRB2 uses UDP, not TCP.

Never mind, I fixed it. Turns out I forwarded my ports...from the completely wrong computer. XD
