A very n00bish question

Hi people, I have a very noobish question, if you may. How would you enter the -record demoname -warp## into the system for recording? I asked here, because I would like the quickest answer possible, which I may not get with PMing a mod, seeing as most of the time they aren't on, and I would like to submit my record for Time Trial as soon as possible. Thanks in advance to anyone who can help this poor nub out.

Do you have that? If not download. Put in your 2.0.6. folder. Double-click to open up. Look at the list on the upper left corner. Choose "Main Options".
At the bottom, you should see manual parameters. This is where you would put those lines at, then click start. ^^

EDIT: I have another question, please. I am just curious, but would the file "demoname.lmp" be the video of the time attack recording (I left the command perimeter the way it was)?
