[Open Assets] Orbinaut (Kart and Kartless)

I don't know why I like the Orbinaut, but I do. So now he joins the SRB2 Kart line up! Sprites made by me with a thanks to Masked Man for doing the the mini-map icon and the placing sprites, and TroopSushi for helping me out a bit.

Notice: Ver 2.1 makes the sprites a bit better with other palettes besides green, sorry for the inconvenience! Hotfix: Signpost was a bit fucked so I fixed it, also now it's the same color as the orb himself so yay!

Hope you enjoy the mod and use him in your servers! (I do plan for MD2 support just for those wondering.) (Updated Kartless ver coming today)
