And generally, yes, if you created it, you can do whatever the hell you want to with it.

Well, I don't know if he's talking about a savegame, a WAD, or what. A "game" could mean one of many different things.

"Game" for savegame? Doubt it.

"Game" for WAD? WADs aren't entire games, really; just extra levels and POSSIBLY some new enemies and the like, but no code-alterations whatsoever. Not a new game.

Thus, it has to just be a game. You really can't get that much more specific, unless you get elaboration on what KIND of game...
