You can rig the spin item if you SOC a flame that isn't a flame until half a second after it's made

EDIT: By rig the spin item, I mean to make it not hurt you.
 
Tutorial for what Kaysakado mentioned:

1) Make freeslot item that spawns flame in half a second
2) Flame.

A 1 step tutorial, with the second step being the result.
