How do I switch levels?

I was wondering How I switch leves in multplayer coop mode. Is there a command I have to type in?

I already read the FAQs and all.
 
MAP MAPxx
xx stands for the map number or letter
There are addetional comments too.
this makes it race
MAP MAPxx -gametype race
this makes it coop
MAP MAPxx -gametype coop
this makes it tag
MAP MAPxx -gametype tag
this makes it match
MAP MAPxx -gametype match
this makes it ctf
MAP MAPxx -gametype ctf
There is also -skill comment.
this makes it easy
MAP MAPxx -skill 1
this makes it normal
MAP MAPxx -skill 2
this makes it hard
MAP MAPxx -skill 3
this makes it very hard
MAP MAPxx -skill 4
unlimate is not compatible with netgames

Fix'd
 
The hardest difficulty for SRB2. It only works for singleplayer, and there are no rings. You also start off with one life, and no continues.

All right, I suppose the second question I should ask is: how do I know the names of the maps?

(Oh, and what is the command to make someone else an administrator?)

One last question. Does anyone know the name of the set of levels that has the SA2B menu screen music at the SRB2?

My friends and I want to ply it, and I've been going crazy looking for it. Anyone know the name?
