How Do I Make Tallpatches?

I was wondering, how do I make tallpatches? What lump editor would be best capable of this? SlumpED seems to always cut off the image.
 
SLADE should support tallpatches just fine. They're simply graphics with heights taller than 255 pixels, to my memory. No special tricks needed on your end, you can just plug the graphic in and voila, tallpatches!
