Doom builder versions

So I'm just learning how to use doom builder so I'm reading the tutorial. http://ssntails.sepwich.com/srb2/dbtutorial/tutorial.html When I'm on page 7 about FOF's it's telling me to set an effect for my 3D block, and when I look I don't have it. I'm not sure if it's actually doom builder, I think It may be srb2.cfg, because the one I have obviously didn't come with all of the features...and I was wondering if anyone knows whats wrong.

Are you using srb2 doom builder?

So I got SRB2 doom builder now...but it still doesn't have all the things...
