"Hanging Conveyor Belt" A conveyor belt that scrolls the lower part of the FoF, when the player touches it, they go into their "carried" frames, and are carried along.

A_ChangeCollision - Changes the height of the calling thing to Var1, changes the radius to Var2

Homing ring, should behave more like the missiles in SA (Hold fire to fire a tracking beam, lock onto targets using that, release to fire)

Runonwaterspeed - The speed at which a player must run in order to begin running on water. We could use this to give Tails his running animation, without constantly allowing him to run on water.

Reverse Mario Blocks. You know, like the Music Note blocks in SMB3. You hit the top (or sides if you so desire, but that's kinda hard in SRB2) and items pop out the bottom.

Hehe, this is kinda a stupid suggestion, but:

Ring Stash mode - Two teams, players must collect as many rings as possible and trade them into the "stash" for their team. May also take rings from other team's "stash" at a rate of 1 ring per second. Players may take rings from their team stash for their survival permitting that the host allows it. First person to reach set "stash" size wins the round.

How abou a sector that's invinsible or has any texture, but when you step on it, it becomes visible or changes textures? It would look great in a future or computerized level.

The HUD list being complete for the SOC Editor. There isn't one for editing the circuit LAP position.

A MAPLIST command that lists all available non-secret or unlocked maps, with MAP number, LEVELNAME, ACT, and available gametypes for it.
A bonus for it: If arguements are included, it will only show maps that match them. A simple arguement would match LEVELNAME. Like,
>MAPLIST GREENFLOWER
MAP01 - Greenflower Zone act 1 - SP (Single-Player) R (Race) C (Co-op)
MAP02 - Greenflower Zone act 2 - SP R C
MAP03 - Greenflower Zone act 3 - SP R C

And if you're truly bored, add arguements.
Anything after an -ACT arguement would match the act number. Using more than one number would turn up all numbers. Adding 0 would list maps without an act number.
>MAPLIST -ACT 3
MAP03 - Greenflower Zone act 3
MAP06 - Technohill Zone act 3
MAP09 - Castle Eggman Zone act 3

-GAMETYPE would also be an arguement.
Putting in -ADDON Y would only list levels that were added in a WAD, like Mystic Realm. -ADDON N would not include them in the list.
-UNLOCKED Y/N would work the same, only with unlocked maps that were unlocked.

The Master Server MOTD should popup in big, OGLunsupported-sized letters whenever you load up the Master Server list.

With no Role-Playing in big, bold letters.

Alternate start points for diffrent characters. You could do this by having seperate start point 'things' for Sonic, Tails, and Knuckles. Or make some new Thing flags.

A WAITENDGAME command that will wait until after the completion of a stage, and after the scoreboard dissapears.

New post, new idea.
In the Tital Card sequence (At the start of a map) during netgames, a graphic accross the top or bottom indicating the server's current gametype. Here are my ideas for said graphics.
A black-and-white checkered flag stating "Race". The graphic can also be accompanied by a stopwatch, next to text saying "Time-only" for the Time-only version.
A red ring with text through it saying "Match".
A red and blue ring with text through both stating "Team Match".
A red and blue flag, with text above and under them stating "Capture the Flag".
Sonic, Tails and Knuckles grouped together with text saying "Co-operative".
Tails chasing Sonic, with text between them saying "Tag".

When a player is in water with a 'current' special, he should show his damage animation when he is in an upwards current (And not jumping), or is going at a fair speed (Also when not jumping).

A new type of continuously falling sector.

One FOF sector.
Two CFS sectors, both joined by the same linedef.

The FOF falls from it's starting point.
The front sector of the CFS linedef shows at what point the FOF will dissapear. The back sector of the CFS will set where the FOF spawns again.

This makes it easier for say, continuously falling platforms that fall one after another. Sorta like Sonic Spinball's final boss. With those falling rockets 'n such... Only they don't explode.

The option to turn off all messages in a netgame, including "NAME has been hit by NAME'S ring". Try adding that as another option when pressing F8. Ex. Pressing it once disables chat messages, another press disables chat and hurt messages, etc.

An option in tag to set how long an IT person may be IT before it randomly passing to someone else, rather than just 300 seconds.

A server-set option to allow level exit in non-race/coop multiplayer games.

Have tag support hide and seek. The guys that are not "IT" can look at everybody with F12. Also, you should be able to set the amount of time the "IT" person has.
