Downloading XWE or SLumpEd might be a good start. I'm admittedly not the foremost authority on these things though, so you might be better off checking the wiki. This might be what you're looking for: http://wiki.srb2.org/wiki/Category:WAD_Editors

These versions are released when they're done (tm) or bugs warrant it.

Putting things in bold distracts and irritates.

Also, XWE should work with the current version, at least sLumpEd does.

XWE works. You just need to change the IWAD to that of SRB2 2.0.
